Inplumedia received two nominations at the SME Digital Awards 2025 for its project “A Virtual Agent, An Agent of Change”, developed to provide electoral information to voters through a chatbot.

Our Project “A Virtual Agent, An Agent of Change”, created for the Puerto Rico General Elections, has been nominated in two categories:

This initiative consisted of the creation of a chatbot that helped voters to clarify their doubts and find their voting precinct quickly and easily, one of the main needs for the electoral process.
We are proud of this recognition, which highlights how technology can be a powerful tool for connecting and serving our community. We thank everyone who was part of this project, and especially to The State Elections Commission for trusting this tool to optimize the voting experience.
